Jeff’s Bavarian Ale
Jeff's Bavarian Ale is a weizenbock from Brauerei Gebr. Maisel in Bayreuth, brewed by Jeff Maisel, the brewery's fourth generation. This beer honours Bavarian wheat beer tradition while bringing a contemporary edge. At 7.1% ABV, it delivers substance and complexity.
The nose carries hallmark weizenbier character: banana and clove, layered with caramel malt and a whisper of wheat. On the palate, spice and fruit emerge, with cassis notes balancing the malt backbone. The finish is dry, with lingering spice and a crisp edge.
Part of the Maisel & Friends collection, where each beer bears a family member's personal touch. Brewed with Fichtel Mountain water, wheat and barley malts, hops and yeast—the four pillars of the brewery's craft.
