Liftoff is an impressive Triple IPA from Brouwerij de Moersleutel in Alkmaar, part of their tenth anniversary series. At 9% ABV with intense dry hopping, this hazy IPA delivers a full, silky body built to support the hop load.
Nectaron and Talus lead the aroma profile, bringing nectarine, mango and pineapple notes. Citra and Mosaic add citrus sharpness and resinous character. The malt bill blends barley, oats, rye, wheat, rice and corn for body and depth.
The finish is dry and hop-bitter, with a pleasant warming alcohol presence.
