Blancmange is a DDH Hazy IPA from Left Handed Giant, brewed in collaboration with Two Flints to mark the Bristol brewery's 11th anniversary. This beer showcases the innovative NP Ultra-Pale malt from BestMalz, available exclusively in the UK. The combination of Riwaka, Nelson Sauvin and Mosaic Cryo hops creates a complex aromatic profile with intense citrus and herbal notes, refined gooseberry character and pleasant sweetness.

In the glass, a hazy golden ale with a full, fluffy texture. The palate delivers blueberry, passionfruit and gooseberry, supported by Riwaka's characteristic herbaceousness and the subtle fruitiness of Nelson Sauvin. At 6.8% ABV and with the rich, indulgent mouthfeel provided by the innovative malt, this is a refined and flavourful hazy IPA.
