Skelpeteller is a limited edition collaboration beer between NIOZ (Royal Netherlands Institute for Sea Research) and Texelse Bierbrouwerij, celebrating their partnership through a brew crafted with ingredients native to Texel.

Brewed with sea fig and sea lettuce – both harvested from the Wadden Islands – Skelpeteller develops a distinctive salty, savoury character. These foraged botanicals root the beer in the maritime heritage of Texel and set it apart from the brewery's core range of traditional island beers.

Produced in limited quantities, Skelpeteller is available exclusively at the Texelse Bierbrouwerij Café.
