Boobytrap is Baxbier's Black IPA from Groningen, brewed by a brewery known since 2014 for its playful and innovative spirit. This beer marries a robust, deeply roasted malt base of barley, wheat and oat flakes with bright, tropical hop character. The blend of Citra, Cascade, Mosaic, Idaho 7 and El Dorado creates compelling tension between deep malt tones and crisp citrus and grapefruit notes.

Boobytrap is firm and complex, with a dry finish and subtle coffee and dark chocolate notes emerging from the roasted grain. At 6% ABV, it is a full, assertive Black IPA that embraces both malt depth and hop bitterness.
