Sacred Stone is a limited-edition collaboration between Von Ebert Brewing and Grand Fir Brewing, two Portland breweries crafting a crisp, modern take on the American Lager style. At 4% ABV, this beer delivers bright notes of pineapple and lime over a clean water cracker malt backbone. The brewers chose New Zealand's Kohatu hop and jasmine rice—a subtle refinement to the classic American lager formula.

Brewmaster Sam Pecoraro and Grand Fir's Whitney Burnside both recognised Kohatu's potential for delicate, expressive brewing and designed Sacred Stone around it. Released in May 2026 with a Portland grill-out celebration, the beer is available in draft and 16 oz cans at Von Ebert locations and select Northwest retailers while supplies last.
