Jopen Trinitas Tripel is a three-grain tripel from Haarlem, brewed to celebrate the brewery's 15th anniversary. The beer draws on the historical Hoppenbier recipe from 1501, combining barley, wheat and oat malts. At 9% ABV, it delivers a full-bodied, spicy-bitter character without excessive sweetness.

The aroma is full and herbal, with notes of vanilla and bay leaf. The palate is soft yet dry, finishing with a distinctive hop bitterness. The beer earned silver at the World Beer Awards 2014 in the Belgian Style Tripel category.
