De La Croix Sainte Nitouche Triple
Sainte Nitouche Triple from Brasserie de la Croix is a blonde tripel brewed with top fermentation and 9.5% ABV. Like all beers from this family-run brewery in Beyne-Heusay, it undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle.
The beer presents an orange-gold colour with moderate head. Aromatically, it is sweet and floral. On the palate, it is robust and prickly with light hop character, forward sweet malts, hints of vanilla and biscuit, leading to a bitter-sweet finish.
Medium-bodied with generous carbonation, this tripel balances fruit and floral notes with sufficient bitterness and astringency, drying toward the end.
