Framboise Boon
Framboise Boon is a spontaneously fermented raspberry lambic from Brouwerij Boon in Lembeek, a brewery that has championed traditional lambic production since Frank Boon took ownership in 1975. This beer blends old and young lambic matured in oak barrels with 300 grams of fresh raspberries and 50 grams of cherries per litre.
The result is a refined, dry fruit lambic with light to medium body and lively carbonation. The aroma leads with raspberry, supported by subtle green fruit and oak notes. On the palate, fresh raspberry flavour emerges alongside gentle sourness, subtle funk and mineral character, finishing dry and tart with minimal bitterness.
Framboise Boon delivers an authentic taste of freshly picked raspberries, refined through decades of lambic tradition and oak maturation.
