Pater Lieven Wit is an unfiltered witbier from Brouwerij Van Den Bossche, a family brewery in Sint-Lievens-Esse in East Flanders. Founded in 1897, the brewery is now run by the fourth generation of the Van den Bossche family. This witbier is a fresh, lively thirst quencher with light sweetness and soft bitterness.

The beer is characterised by natural cloudiness and a fine white head. The palate combines fruity notes with subtle bitter edges, finishing with a hint of grapefruit dryness. At 4.5% ABV, it is an approachable beer well-suited to warm weather.
