fruitbier
Lindemans has been synonymous with authentic Belgian lambic brewing since 1822. Their fruit beers are made by blending real fruit with young, one-year-old lambic, then allowing at least 24 hours of fermentation and maceration. This process marries centuries-old spontaneous fermentation with the natural acidity and aromatics of fresh fruit.
Lindemans fruit beers range from classics like raspberry and cherry to more exotic tropical blends. Each retains the characteristic tartness and complexity of lambic, enhanced by fruit aromatics. The brewery uses aged whole-cone hops primarily for preservation, not bitterness.
These light to medium-bodied beers are refreshing and refined, balancing fruity character with subtle wheat and lambic complexity.
