Heineken Oud Bruin is a traditional Dutch brown ale brewed using bottom fermentation, a style once common in Limburg. Made from water, barley malt and hops, it displays a dark brown colour and a gently sweet character. At 2.5% ABV, it is a light and approachable beer.

The flavour centres on malt sweetness without complexity. The aroma brings forward chocolate and malt notes, with hints of vanilla and red berries. The mouthfeel is light and crisp, with minimal bitterness.
