Birra Messina Cristalli di Sale is an unfiltered Sicilian lager brewed since 1923, distinguished by the addition of sea salt crystals from the Trapani salt pans. This unique ingredient delivers a fresh and mineral character uncommon in mainstream European lagers.

Golden and luminous, the beer presents a notably malty body with citrus hop notes and a distinctive mineral-salt finish. Hop bitterness lingers with herbal, almost mugwort-like qualities—more assertive than typical of large-scale pale lagers. The unfiltered character adds depth and complexity.
