Green Killer is a blonde India Pale Ale from Brasserie de Silly, a brewery with six generations of craft brewing heritage. This well-balanced IPA combines assertive bitterness with refined aromatics. The brewery uses pale malt, water and a proprietary yeast, finished with Kent, Hallertau, Columbus, Cascade, Ahtanum and Styrian hops.

The nose reveals citrus notes, pine and resinous character with a hint of spice. On the palate, spicy and sweet flavours emerge alongside caramel and grapefruit. The finish is dry and bitter, as befits a properly hopped IPA. A pleasant tasting beer suited to spring and summer.
