Samson is the successor to Bürgerliches Brauhaus Budweis, a brewery founded in 1795 by German-speaking citizens of České Budějovice. After post-war nationalization, it was renamed Pivovar Samson in 1960 and acquired by Anheuser-Busch InBev in 2014.

This Czech pilsner is brewed using traditional methods with carefully selected Moravian barley malt and the renowned Žatec hops. The result is a bright golden lager with subtle grass and herbal aromas backed by gentle malt character. The palate is restrained and balanced, finishing dry and clean—hallmarks of authentic Czech brewing tradition.
