Bockor Pils
Bockor is a classic pilsner from Brouwerij Omer Vander Ghinste in Bellegem, a Flemish family brewery brewing since 1892. Originally launched in 1937 as Ghinst Pils, it was renamed Bockor and became so successful that the brewery itself took the name in 1977. The beer is brewed with barley malt, maize grits and fine hops, followed by lager fermentation.
Bockor develops a fine foam head when poured properly. The nose offers pleasant hop character with subtle bitterness. The palate is clean and refreshing, delivering the crisp, straightforward character expected from a well-crafted pilsner.
