Hercule
Hercule is a Belgian imperial stout from Brasserie des Légendes, named after Agatha Christie's famous detective Hercule Poirot. This beer is considered by many to be a classic. At 9% alcohol, it delivers a full and complex experience: very malty yet dry in the finish, with chocolate, brown sugar and dark fruits in the middle. Roasted barley gives it a dark colour and subtle coffee and mocha notes.
The taste is immense and mouth-filling, with a warming character and lightly smoky edge. Despite its malty foundation, it closes dry with a hint of sweetness. Brewed with malt and hops alone, without additives or spices, Hercule is a pure and balanced stout that rewards patient sipping.
