Rochehaut
Rochehaut Triple is an amber-hued beer from Brasserie de Rochehaut, a young craft brewery nestled in the Ardennes village of Rochehaut. At 8.5% ABV and brewed without added sugar, this tripel uses three grain varieties and pure local water. The beer balances a full, malty character with fresh fruity notes and subtle spice.
Founded in October 2019, the brewery honours Belgian tradition through the use of Trappist yeast and Belgian malt. Rochehaut Triple presents a well-rounded profile with floral and grassy hop character, complemented by citrus and orchard fruit nuances.
