Troublette is a traditional Belgian witbier from Brasserie Caracole in Falmignoul, brewed with a careful blend of wheat and barley. This brewery stands apart in Europe for still brewing beer over an open wood fire in copper kettles, a method maintained since 1765.

The aroma presents a pleasant interplay of citrus notes, spice and yeast. On the palate, full wheat character emerges with subtle fruity hints and a light, pleasant bitterness. The finish is clean and dry with citrus notes.
