Ter Dolen is Limburg's first abbey beer, brewed since 1994 at a medieval castle estate in Wilderen. The brewery employs two malt varieties and two noble hop types, with bottle conditioning that adds further depth to the final product.

This abbey ale is velvety and quenching, balancing soft malt character with a restrained dry finish. At 6.1% ABV, it drinks accessibly without sacrificing flavour, making it an approachable yet well-crafted expression of Belgian abbey brewing tradition.
