Caracu
Caracu is a stout from AmBev, the São Paulo brewery born from the 1999 merger of Brazil's oldest breweries, Brahma and Antarctica. This is an approachable sweet stout with dark brown colour and a lingering beige head.
Chocolate and roasted malt lead the aroma, with subtle caramel undertones. The palate mirrors this character: medium roasted malt with a hint of corn, balanced by gentle bitterness and pleasant sweetness. The finish is toasty and warming.
Caracu earns its appeal through soft, inviting body and creamy texture. This is a stout without pretension – a friendly, easy-drinking beer that sits well alongside Brazilian culinary traditions.
