Herkenrode Vesper is an abbey ale from Brouwerij Cornelissen, brewed using traditional methods rooted in the historic Herkenrode Abbey, which traces its origins to 1182. This tripel distinguishes itself through its full flavour and deep golden colour, undergoing a second fermentation in the bottle.

The beer is crafted from malted barley, water and 100% Saaz-Saaz hops, enhanced with herbs grown at the abbey itself. Its character is predominantly malty with soft, rounded flavours that lean toward sweetness, balanced by a gentle bitterness. The finish carries subtle cognac-like notes.
