St. Feuillien Saison
St. Feuillien Saison is a traditional Belgian farmhouse ale from Brasserie St-Feuillien in Le Roeulx, an abbey brewery with roots reaching back to the 7th century. This warm golden blonde ale is top-fermented and undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle, delivering a distinctive flavour full of subtle nuances and a slight tang.
The aroma is dominated by hoppy notes with floral undertones and citrus splashes. On the palate, grain, wheat and hop character combine with a dry, refreshing finish. The carbonation is crisp and lively, with a light to medium body.
This beer reflects the rich brewing traditions of southern Belgium, with barley sourced primarily from France. At 6.5% ABV, the alcohol strength remains undetectable.
