Bellevaux Blanche is a craft witbier from Malmedy in the Belgian Ardennes. This lightly hazy wheat beer is brewed by the family-run Brasserie de Bellevaux using Ardennes water, barley and wheat. The beer displays a spicy, fruity nose with citrus notes.

On the palate, it is fresh and tart with distinct citrus and melon flavours. The beer has a pleasant prickling sensation and serves as an excellent thirst quencher. Best enjoyed in spring and summer, it pairs well with fish and pasta dishes.
