#RoastMe from Uiltje Brewing Company in Haarlem is a Black IPA built on a firm roasted malt foundation. Brown Malt, Low Colour Chocolate Malt and Carafa Type III deliver dark, toasted character with subtle chocolate and coffee undertones. Mosaic and Centennial hops provide fresh bitterness and a clean aroma without overwhelming the malt backbone. The balance is deliberate: every flavour stems from the ingredients and brewing process itself.

This ale pairs well with grilled meat and bold dishes. Uiltje, founded in 2012 by Robbert Uyleman, is known for pushing hop boundaries, but #RoastMe shows the brewery's command of restraint and harmony.
