A single 2000-litre base recipe was transformed into five distinct fruity variants, each drawing inspiration from different cultures and flavour profiles. This expression showcased floral notes reminiscent of jasmine tea.

This wheat beer blends classic ingredients—barley malt, wheat malt, hop cones and yeast—with refined flavour direction. The elevated alcohol content and fruity character lend it greater body and complexity than typical witbiers.
