Landsort Deep is an Imperial Black Gose from Pühaste Brewery in Tartu, Estonia, brewed in collaboration with Gypsy Hill and Dois Corvos. Named after the deepest point of the Baltic Sea, this ambitious sour combines classic gose elements—coriander and sea salt—with a dark, complex character.

At 10.6% ABV, this beer delivers a full, assertive flavour profile. Sourness is prominent, complemented by coffee and roasted notes from the dark malt base. The sea salt element adds minerality and saline character, distinguishing this gose from more fruit-forward variants.

Pühaste is recognised for experimental brewing techniques and meticulous technical execution. Landsort Deep demonstrates this approach by placing traditional gose ingredients in a bolder, higher-alcohol context.
