Bende van de Witte Veer; Foute Schout is a Dubbel by Opener bier from Dongen, brewed in collaboration with Brouwerij Brouwersnös in Groenlo. This beer is part of an inventive project in which a single 2000-litre base batch was transformed into five distinct fruity variants. The name draws from a historical Dutch outlaw band.

Foute Schout combines barley malt with candi sugar to build a full, sweet foundation at 7% ABV. Hop bitterness and yeast provide character and balance. Each beer in the Bende series carries its own historical character on the label, making this a storytelling release.
