Battin Blanche
Battin Blanche is a witbier from Brasserie Nationale, the Luxembourg brewery born from the merger of the historic Battin brewery (founded in 1937) and Bofferding. This light wheat beer follows a traditional brewing method: eight days of primary fermentation followed by roughly 27 days of maturation before bottling.
The beer pours pale and slightly hazy with a fine head. The nose is fresh and lively, revealing hints of coriander and lemon zest. On the palate, it is crisp and refreshing, with wheat character and a silky mouthfeel. The finish is clean and dry.
