Intergalactic Collision is a NEDIPA from Jopen Bier in Haarlem, born from their Craft Collisions initiative where 12 partner breweries collaborate on innovative beers. At 8.5% ABV, this blend of barley, oats and wheat delivers a full-bodied, juicy and intensely fruity experience.
Galaxy, Azacca and Simcoe hops drive tropical notes: passionfruit, peach, mango and citrus. The nose opens with grapefruit and citrus, the palate arrives soft yet bitter and fruity. The finish closes with pineapple and spicy mango.
Serve at 6°C. A refined, approachable IPA despite its strength.
