Innis & Gunn Original is the founding beer of Innis & Gunn brewery, born in 2003 when Master Brewer Dougal Gunn Sharp set out to challenge traditional Scottish brewing. Matured in single-malt whisky casks, this golden ale carries the distinctive character of its oak aging.

The nose delivers rich caramel and toffee with subtle vanilla and oak undertones. On the palate, it is smooth and creamy with biscuity malt and pronounced toffee character, balanced by bright orange citrus notes. Low carbonation gives it a cask-like quality, enhancing its malty depth.
