Het Boerenerf is Senne Eylenbosch's lambic blendery, located on the family farm in Beersel. This Gueuze is crafted from spontaneously fermented wort sourced from five lambic breweries: 3 Fonteinen, De Troch, Lindemans, Den Herberg and Angerik. By blending different vintages and producers, Senne creates a balanced expression of this ancient Belgian style.

The Gueuze Lambick displays the hallmarks of the style: a lively tartness balanced with gentle sweetness and vinous undertones. The nose carries notes of fermentation and heritage, while the palate reveals citrus zest, red berries and subtle yeasty complexity. At 5.5% ABV, this is an approachable yet characterful take on a beer style that has defined the Senne Valley for centuries.
