Boulevardier is an ambitious collaboration between Galway Bay Brewery in Ireland and Browar Stu Mostów in Wrocław, Poland. This barrel-aged barleywine was brewed in April 2018 as a double mash and underwent a long, cool fermentation before maturing in bourbon and vermouth casks.

The result is a complex beer with deep caramel and toasted malt notes, complemented by subtle citrus and hop bitterness. Maturation in selected barrels adds refinement to the full, warming alcohol profile.

This limited release is no longer in production, making Boulevardier a sought-after addition for collectors.
