Dragora is the fifth beer from young Belgian brewery Enigma, founded in 2016. This blonde ale at 7% ABV blends two malts, wheat and candy sugar with a specially selected yeast strain that emphasizes hop character. The name draws from the medieval legend of Saint-Geeraard and the dragon that terrorized Brussels.

The brewers incorporated five hop varieties: Mosaic, Citra, Simcoe, Amarillo and Centennial. The result is a fruity, lightly bitter beer with 30 IBUs—not an IPA, but a refreshing blonde with clear hop presence. The aroma shows citrus, spice and floral notes; the taste delivers fruity character with a dry finish.
