Pink Pogo from Bruut Bier is a crisp blonde ale brewed in Amsterdam with a reddish-golden hue. This beer emerged from an inventive brewing approach: a single 2000-litre batch of base beer was split into five distinct fruity variants. Pink Pogo follows Belgian blonde traditions, yet with a contemporary edge.

Grapefruit takes centre stage—hundreds of kilos of grapefruit peel are added via maceration, complemented by ginger and American IPA hops. The result is a lively, refreshing beer with bright citrus aroma and a gently bitter finish. Unfiltered and unpasteurised, stripped of pretence.
