Since 2009, Brouwerij Hof ten Dormaal has brewed on a 12th-century farm in Tildonk, Flanders. This Saison is a true farmhouse ale built from the family's own grains and hops—the Janssens grow, malt, brew and bottle everything on-site.

The beer blends barley, wheat, spelt and rye into a hazy, golden pour with a full white head. The nose carries moderate lemon and lime with restrained spice. On the palate, tart notes emerge upfront, followed by a dry, prickly finish with gentle warmth. Medium to high carbonation gives the beer its crisp, lively character.
