Saison de Dottignies is the flagship farmhouse saison from Brouwerij De Ranke, named after Dottignies in Wallonia where the brewery is located. A classic high-fermentation saison with a modest 5.5% ABV, it achieves excellent balance between flavour and drinkability.

The aroma is crisp and fruity with pronounced hop character. On the palate, fruity notes emerge alongside pleasant acidity and assertive hop bitterness—the brewery uses whole cone hops sourced from local farms near Dottignies. The finish is dry and fruity.

Heavily hopped yet refreshing, this is an authentic Belgian saison that captures the farmhouse spirit of the style.
