Yuzu & Kuzu is a Triple IPA from Brouwerij de Molen in Bodegraven, brewed at 12% ABV. This ambitious beer marries the intensity of a Triple IPA with the bright, citrus-forward yuzu fruit. The result is deceptively drinkable for such a strong beer, with refreshing citrus character that masks the alcohol well.

The nose is dominated by hoppy citrus aromas, with yuzu taking centre stage. On the palate, hop bitterness comes through clearly, supported by fruity esters. Despite the high alcohol content, the beer drinks smoothly, though the warming effect of the alcohol is apparent in the finish.
