Alpirsbacher Klosterbräu

Kloster Helles

Kloster Helles by Alpirsbacher Klosterbräu is a traditional German helles lager from the Black Forest. Brewed with spring water from the Schwarzwald, barley malt, and classic hops, it pours a rich golden yellow with a fine, stable head.

The nose reveals grainy and yeasty character with subtle floral and fruity notes. On the palate, this beer drinks remarkably smooth with gentle malt sweetness and almost no hop bitterness. The finish is dry and clean, leaving a fresh bread quality that invites another sip.

Alpirsbacher Klosterbräu, established in 1877 by Johann Gottfried Glauner and now in its fourth family generation, has earned recognition for reliable, traditional brewing. This helles took silver at the World Beer Awards 2022.
