Stoemelings Druuge Leiver
Druuge Leiver is a light saison from Brasserie En Stoemelings in Brussels, brewed with three grain varieties—barley, wheat and oats—supplemented by raw, unmalted grains. Samuel Languy and Denys Van Elewyck launched their brewery in 2014 in the Marolles district with a commitment to crafting classic Belgian styles with a personal twist.
This saison delivers a dry, light-bodied profile with notes of citrus rind, grass and white pepper spice. The finish is clean and crisp, true to the farmhouse character. A refined seasonal ale that embodies En Stoemelings' philosophy: thoughtful brewing in an intimate, glass-fronted space.
