Ārpus Brewing Co. from Riga marks its sixth anniversary with this quadruple dry hopped TIPA. At 9.5% ABV, it represents a full-bodied, heavily hopped take on the Imperial IPA style that has defined the brewery. Four separate dry hop additions layer complexity into the aroma and flavour.
The blend of Nelson Sauvin, Vic Secret, Citra and Mosaic hops creates a fruit-forward foundation with tropical, citrus and stone fruit character. The finish is warming and substantial, with the alcohol strength integrated rather than sharp.
