Wispe Stroes Dubbel is a traditional Belgian dubbel from Wispe Brewery, founded in 2009 by three brothers in Weesp. The Vellenga brothers revived the historic brewing heritage of this city on the Vecht, which dates back to the 14th century. This robust beer at 8.7% ABV showcases characteristic dark malt and caramel notes, finished on oak chips.

The nose displays fruity and spicy character typical of Belgian fermentation. On the palate, toffee and dark malt dominate, with sweet-bitter balance developing through the taste. The finish is warming and lingering.
