Republika is Windsor & Eton Brewery's first lager, a deliberate return to Windsor's historic brewing tradition. Brewed with authentic Saaz hops and Czech pilsner yeast and malt, this Bohemian-style pilsner combines old-world ingredients with modern craft technique.

After two weeks of fermentation and six weeks of lagering, the result is a refined, golden lager with impressive clarity. The aroma presents malty and hoppy character with subtle spice and floral noble hop notes. On the palate, light grain flavours develop into biscuit-like English malt complexity, leading to a clean, elegant bitter finish that grows smoothly without harshness.

Republika has won eleven awards, demonstrating that Windsor & Eton brings the same passion and creativity to lager brewing as they do to their ales.
