Braupakt Blonde Ale
Braupakt represents a historic partnership between two brewing institutions: Bavaria's Bayerische Staatsbrauerei Weihenstephan and Belgium's Sint Bernardus. This filtered, top-fermented blonde ale marries Bavarian malt and yeast with Belgian hops, brewed in full compliance with the 1516 Purity Law.
The aroma presents malty sweetness with soft spice and floral hop character. On the palate, fruity notes of stone fruit and citrus emerge, supported by a distinctive yeast profile and gentle spice. The finish is crisp and dry, with restrained hop bitterness that leaves a pleasant, lingering impression.
