Blonde Anouk was the first beer brewed by Stadsbrouwerij De Koperen Kat in 2011, named after the founder's blonde daughter. This fresh and gently hopped blonde ale is crafted using top fermentation and remains unfiltered and unpasteurised. At 5% ABV with restrained hop bitterness, it is an approachable everyday beer distinguished by its natural character.

Based in a converted cable factory on Schieweg in Delft, the brewery has focused on authentic craft beers since its founding. Blonde Anouk is the brewery's most popular beer and embodies De Koperen Kat's philosophy of contemporary brewing with quality at its core.
