Grimbergen Blanche is a Witbier from Brouwerij Alken-Maes, brewed under the guidance of the monks at Grimbergen Abbey. This pale yellow wheat beer presents fine bubbles and an aromatic profile of citrus, spice, and coriander, layered with subtle cereal and vanilla notes.

The palate balances fruity esters from Belgian yeast with the warmth of wheat and barley malt, complemented by five hop varieties. A double fermentation creates harmony between hops and malt, finishing clean and refreshing. At 6.0% ABV, it's approachable yet flavourful—equally suited to aperitif service or pairing with lighter cuisine.
