Sion Quadrupel is brewed at Nieuw Sion monastery in Diepenveen, where monks have been crafting beer since 1890. This is a full-bodied, warming quadrupel with intense flavour and a malty foundation. You'll find subtle sweetness from raisins, figs and caramel that complement the 10% ABV strength.

The beer appears dark and clear in the glass (when served without yeast). Aromas combine chocolate with gentle coffee undertones. On the palate it delivers full flavour, with sweet malt notes that feel balanced rather than heavy.
