Holy Shit Ale
Holy Shit Ale is the flagship of Schoppe Bräu, a Berlin brewery known since 2010 for bold, hop-driven ales. This Imperial IPA brings 10% ABV and pulls no punches: five hop varieties (Saphir, Simcoe, Amarillo, Magnum and Cascade) deliver a full, assertive character. Despite the aggressive hop bitterness, the beer shows a round, sweet undertone with caramel and apple notes.
It pairs well with spiced food, curry, and baked fish.
