Schieve Kolos is a collaborative saison brewed by Brussels-based Brasserie de la Senne and Pravda Beer Theatre from Ukraine. This rustic saison combines spelt, rye and wheat, and is dry-hopped with the Ukrainian hop Zachrava. The result is a cloudy, straw-coloured beer with a spicy, herbal nose.

On the palate, wild strawberries and apricots emerge, supported by fresh yeast and grain notes. The Zachrava hop contributes herbal complexity and a distinctive character typical of traditional saisons. A refreshing, drinkable ale with fine balance between fruit, hop and fermentation character.
