Uijin Yuzu Blond is a Belgian-style blonde ale brewed in Kashiwa-shi, Japan by Rio Brewing & Co., a sister company to Ever Brew Ltd. Founded by beer enthusiast Ryohei Sugawara, the brewery crafts this beer with barley malt, hops, sugar and yeast, infused with yuzu citrus peel from Kochi prefecture.
